(Having spent the summer in this small Central Asian republic, when the temperatures soared above 100 degrees every day, our youngest child is having a hard time understanding why the people there now have no heat. Even if our kids can't fully fathom the desperation when we pray together, I'm glad that they can picture this beautiful country in their mind.)
